I was able to load the legacy drivers following the above instructions. So you guys are super helpful. I think my audio interface is not making the leap to windows 10 however. The legacy drivers worked with it under windows 7 but the Focusrite Saffire is not completing the driver install even with the legacy 1394 drivers.

Product support for USB OTG/Host

Plano, TX:Keil partners OnChip Technologies and Thesycon Systemsoftware & Consulting GmbH include in their product portfolio software stacks that support USB OTG/Host. This software complements the RealView Real-Time Library USB Device software stack to provide customers with a complete USB middleware layer on which to base their applications.

Keil has collaborated with OnChip and Thesycon to ensure that their USB stacks are ported to the new Keil MCB2388 and MCB2460 Evaluation Boards. These boardsare based on the NXP LPC2388 and LPC2460 microcontrollers, which include on-chip USB 2.0 support.
